Refunds.

Because access is delivered instantly, change-of-mind refunds aren't offered. That's why there's a free sample (Chapter 1, Sections 1–5) so you can try it before you pay.

Nothing here removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a refund if the site:

• has a major problem (it's broken, unsafe, or significantly different from what was described); or
• has a problem that can't be fixed in a reasonable time.

For minor problems I'll fix the issue first. There's no fixed time window under the ACL — your consumer guarantees last for a reasonable period given the product.

Email hello@joseph-sociology.online with the email you used to buy and a short description of the problem. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Always refunded in full.
